As Simplified IT grows, we intend to have a multitude of “Depot Service Centers” which are shops your machine will be dropped off at, or taken to, for the diagnostics and repair to be performed. The immediate benefit of utilizing our depot service is that any computer repair or service will be done at a flat rate. By default, our technicians use a FIFO (First In First Out) approach when servicing machines. However, we do offer emergency service at our depot locations. For an additional $69, your machine will be immediately put on the bench for diagnosis and repair.
